Farmland Studios has quickly become one of Nashville’s standout creative spaces—perfect for both first-time artists and seasoned recording professionals. Located just south of downtown in the heart of Berry Hill, Farmland is a full-production studio with a simple mission: to capture creativity in a relaxed, professional environment designed to bring your music to life.
The studio itself was originally designed in 1981 by Gene Lawson of Lawson Microphones and remains one of the few purpose-built recording studios still standing in Nashville. Over the years, this building has served as the recording home for Thomas Rhett, Brooks & Dunn, Taylor Swift, Justin Moore, and Alan Jackson—artists whose sessions here went on to earn multiple platinum awards and produce numerous #1 singles.
